How long does delivery take?
We don't keep stock — everything is made or prepared after you order, which keeps waste down. Please allow at least one week before dispatch, plus courier time. We'll message you if anything will take longer.
How do I pay?
DuitNow QR or bank transfer to our CIMB account. Both are shown inside the order form, and you upload your payment receipt as the last step. We confirm within 2 working days.
Can I collect my order in Kota Kinabalu instead of paying delivery?
Yes. Choose Self-pickup (Kota Kinabalu) as your delivery option and the charge drops to zero. We'll message you to arrange a time.
Can I put my own design on the coasters?
Yes — choose Custom design on the coaster page and upload your artwork when you order. Minimum 10 pieces, because each design needs its own mould. For larger corporate orders we quote individually — message us and we'll come back with a proposal.
What sizes do the t-shirts come in?
XS through to XXL. Pick your size on the product page — the price updates automatically, as XXL costs a little more.
